Dear Friends of the Trinity Love Hoblit Foundation:
We hope you have had a nice summer despite these uncertain times. As we welcome September and find ourselves continuing to fight the global health pandemic, we have decided to reschedule the annual gala to fall 2021. Originally scheduled for April 2020 and postponed until September 19, we all hoped that by now the pandemic would have subsided and that large gatherings would be feasible. Our board of directors and advisory committee explored the possibility of a virtual event as many nonprofits are doing, but a virtual event still requires a significant amount of resources and we do not believe that is a wise use of the foundation’s resources at this time.
September Is National Brain Aneurysm Awareness Month
In lieu of the gala, the Trinity Love Hoblit Foundation will focus our efforts during September on increasing awareness about the signs, symptoms and risk factors for brain aneurysm and raising funds to meet the organization’s mission. If you have already purchased tickets for the gala, we are happy to process a refund. However, we would be most grateful if you would consider converting the purchase amount to a tax-deductible donation to the foundation.
Help Us Meet This Year's Fundraising Goal of $50,000
Your support is critical to our mission of providing funding for neurological research, training, treatment and awareness for brain aneurysm, stroke and other cerebrovascular conditions. Your support also provides funding for the Trinity Love Hoblit Foundation Endowment at Wolfson Children’s Hospital, Baptist Neurological Institute in Jacksonville and Baptist Nassau. Baptist Health will match 100% of all gifts over $25,000.
