Brittney Castro is one of a growing number of people with a family history of brain aneurysm who is alive today to share her story of survival. Brittney’s paternal grandmother passed away from a ruptured aneurysm and her aunt was in her early 40s.

Lisset Bayardo's grandmother passed away from a raptured brain aneurysm. At age 15, Lisset suffered from a raptured brain aneurysm.

The hospital said Jaydon was 4 when he became the first child to undergo a Pipeline Embolization Device procedure to seal a ruptured aneurysm.
